MONTGOMERY CONFLICT MEDIATION CENTER - Elder Mediation Program

Mediation is a way for people in conflict to talk together with the help of an impartial third party. Mediators listen carefully, clarify issues, and help people make their own decisions about how to resolve a conflict. Mediation may help with conflicts such as: caregiver responsibilities, housing transitions, tension among family generations, finances, tenant/management disputes or concerns among neighbors.
Mediation is voluntary and confidential. Sessions are held at times and locations convenient to the parties.
