Fuel Assistance Programs for 2011 - 2012

Applications are available for a limited time for the Pennsylvania Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Citizen's Energy Oil Heat Program (Joe for Oil). Both programs require income qualification. Montgomery County Pennsylvania residents may apply for LIHEAP through the COMPASS benefits portal. Montgomery County's CADCOM is administering the "Joe's Oil" program.
