Overview

ElderNet, along with the Ada Mutch Community Resource Center and Food Pantry, provide free practical services for older adults and disadvantaged residents in Lower Merion Township and Narberth. Donations to the Food Pantry and to meet other community needs may be made through ElderNet of Lower Merion and Narberth, a not for profit, 501 (c)(3) organization. ElderNet is located at 9 South Bryn Mawr Avenue in Bryn Mawr, PA. 

Description

The Ada Mutch Communty Resource Center provides many valuable resources to residents of Lower Merion and Narberth. The center has a food pantry where lower income residents can come and shop the pantry for items they may need. The center also assists with requests for benefits and urgent needs. The Ada Mutch Center has an "Ask-a-Nurse" program. The nurses provide services such as administering seasonal flu shots, monthly blood pressure screenings, providing health education, providing referrals, as well as answering questions about certain medical or mental health problems.

General Information

The food pantry is opened on Tuesdays and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then again from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The "Ask-a-Nurse" program is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. For additional information about our Food Pantry, please call Nicole McKinsey at (610)527-7776.
